Return time

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, still in packaging and have original tags attached. In case the above conditions are not met, the right to decide to exchange or return goods belongs to our store.

Order cancellation time

The order cancellation deadline is 1 day from the date you placed the order online. You cannot change your order after 1 day.

Return shipping

All shipping charges are your responsibility and are non-refundable once you receive the item.

In case the product is defective due to the store’s side, we will exchange it for you free of charge.

My product arrived damaged

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team via email. After receiving your request, we will contact you to resolve and resolve the issue. Please take photos of the damaged item if possible. Please contact us via email or call us please attach pictures.

If your refund request is approved, we will immediately take steps to refund your money. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days, please wait.

Refunds will include the purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping fees, discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase

You will receive a notification when your money is refunded

Please note the following points

If the return is due to a change in personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

If the return arises due to our oversight (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.

Late or missing refunds

In case you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again then contact your credit company, it may take some time before your refund is posted official.
